License page
license:read permits the License page. It shows:
- License type and compatible edition metadata.
- Public license ID, enforcement phase, issue date, and commercial expiry date.
- Licensed Modules and selected Sub-modules.
- Maximum users and vendor connectors.
- Monthly verification execution allowance.
The Dashboard additionally shows the locally counted connector/execution usage and the lease renewal time when available.
Licensed Module and Sub-module availability
The license lists purchased Modules and, where applicable, the selected Sub-modules within them. For example, a KYC license can include BVN, NIN, PEP Screening, Sanction Screening, or another approved selection. PEP Screening and Sanction Screening are separate entitlements; adding one does not grant the other. Adding any new Sub-module to a Module later does not automatically add it to an existing license.
A Module or Sub-module appears in the application only when the installed OneView version also supports it. After an item is added to the license:
- Select Refresh on the License page.
- Confirm that the Module and selected Sub-module appear in the licensed list.
- If its navigation is still absent, check License & Updates → System updates.
- Apply an available approved update from the OneView host, then sign in again.
Some Sub-modules require a vendor connection, some can optionally use one, and others work without adapters. A Module without Sub-modules can also work without any vendor connection. A missing connection can prevent a vendor-backed operation, but it does not install pages or add unsupported functionality to an older OneView version. See Modules, Sub-modules & adapters.
Refresh
license:manage adds Refresh. Use it after the commercial license is updated or when the page asks for a refresh.
Refresh retrieves the current license and vendor availability for the installed release. It does not extend a
subscription, change purchased Modules, Sub-modules, or limits, or install software support for newly licensed
functionality.
Expiry and restrictions
The interface warns when a license is expiring soon. Once the license is expired or revoked beyond permitted grace, normal protected operations and verification execution are restricted. License and recovery views remain available where required to explain or recover the state.
For support, share only the public license ID, phase, relevant date, and safe request/error reference approved by the client. Never send an activation code, license credential, installation credential, or database record. See Data boundary & responsibilities.
Deactivation and installation transfer
Contact the approved OneView commercial support channel to deactivate a license or transfer it to a replacement server. A transfer requires a coordinated maintenance window and the documented server-migration procedure. Never send license or activation credentials in an ordinary ticket, chat message, or screenshot.
